Professional profile

Miss Fullilove graduated from Pembroke College in Oxford in 1987 with a 1st class Honours degree and Hockey and Squash Blues. She completed her Higher Surgical Training at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London and qualified as a doctor in 1990. Training as a junior doctor and surgeon was undertaken in London, Oxford, South Africa, and Zambia. Senior surgical training in the form of Fellowships in Upper Limb, Wrist and Hand Surgery took place in Sydney, Australia and Vancouver, Canada.

 

Miss Fullilove was appointed to the Trust in 2002 and now practices exclusively Hand and Wrist Surgery within the Orthopaedic Hand Unit.

 

She is an active committee member for the British Society for Surgery of the Hand, running the DVD library, providing Journalwatch and developing an audit website. She is a reviewer for the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and the Journal of Hand Surgery.

 

She lives on Dartmoor with her husband and 3 children and continues to be active in sport, travel and music.
